Contact CET Help Center — Email & Corrections
Page title (H1): Contact CET Help Center
A person reads every message that arrives at these addresses.
Site email: hello@cethelpcenter.com Operator email (fallback): gyaniversity.publications@gmail.com
Start with the site address. The operator address is there for silence on our end, or for anything aimed at the publishing company rather than at a page here.
We reply within 3 working days. When a proper answer depends on reading an official notification first, you still hear from us inside those 3 days, with a note saying we are checking.
What to write to us about
— Corrections — any date, fee, quota condition, document rule or counselling step here that is wrong, stale, or contradicted by an official notice.
— Broken links — a link that leads nowhere, or an official portal page that has moved.
— Outdated exam information — a page still describing a previous MHT-CET or KCET cycle as though it were the current one.
— Content suggestions — a question nobody else answered for you. Unanswered questions are where most of our pages come from.
— Advertising or partnership enquiries.
If we got something wrong
If you find something wrong on this site, email us and we will fix or remove it. No evidence pack is required: the page name and the sentence that looks wrong is enough. We then go back to the authority's own document. If the mistake is ours, the page is corrected, the change is stamped on the page with its date, and the entry goes into a public log. If nobody can settle the claim either way, it comes down.
What we cannot do
We are not the Maharashtra CET Cell, DTE Maharashtra, KEA, COMEDK, or any college. Your application status, a certificate correction, a lapsed deadline, a result, a seat allotment — none of these are ours to touch. Anything official has to go through the authority's own portal.
Operator and postal address
This site's operator is Gyaniversity Publications, an educational publisher based in India. Postal address available on request by email.
There is no phone number here, no WhatsApp line and no Telegram channel. Email is the only route in — a monitored inbox, not a form that goes nowhere.
